Hello, World! I am Jayashree Ahire.
I'm a Computer Engineering graduate passed out of Savitribai Phule Pune University, from the batch of 2020.
Technology has always been fascinating me since I was a kid. From knowing nothing about programming to being able to write 'Hello, World!' in different languages, and being proficient in some of them, throughout these years, I have always been passionate towards expanding my knowledge by learning more practically.
Currently, I am actively looking for Internship/ Entry level job opportunities.

Apart from my interest in the technologies, I'm a die- hard defence aspirant. Having qualified written exams 5+ times and also cleared the Indian Army's Services Selection Board (SSB), which is one of the most complex interviews in India, I bring in a mix of leadership qualities along with my abilities to excel in the corporate world.
Navigating the rigorous process of the SSBs has honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, which I believe are essential for tackling the dynamic challenges in software development. This experience has not only tested my abilities but also instilled a disciplined approach to my work ethic. I'm confident that the resilience and adaptability I've cultivated will be invaluable in any software engineering role.

-Involved in managing Operations related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration-Provide technical support for business users on a variety of technology issues spanning varying complexities
-Determine problem type and apply expertise to solve more than one issues at a time
-Reduced regular incidents count by 83% over a period of year

This turned out to be an amazing experience for me. As the firm's domain is Fin-Tech, I got to learn a lot about Finance. The topics covered consisted of Contracts, Structured Products, Forex, Options and many such. I also built a few projects based on their workings demonstrating how some of the formulae worked. This was my first experience with working on C#, .NET framework, Microsoft Visual Studio and hands- on with Microsoft SQL Server.

Being a committee member, I got to work with students like me from various departments while conducting several events throughout the year.
